General Banquet Information
Riverside Room
The Riverside Room lies on the main floor of the clubhouse and overlooks the Mississippi River from every vantage point within the room. A sun-illuminated copula rests in the center of a vaulted ceiling providing a spacious feel. The room contains a dance floor and features a deck around the entire perimeter of the room. Maximum seating capacity for the Riverside Room is 300.
St. Andrew’s Room
The St. Andrew’s Room is located on the lower level of the clubhouse with views of the Mississippi River from every window. It offers a quiet and secluded setting perfect for meetings, or for those events wishing requiring more intimacy. Maximum capacity for the St. Andrew’s Room is 80.
Room Rental
Riverside Room-
Monday-Thursday Night-$400
Friday Night – $1000.00
Saturday Night – $1500.00
Sunday Night- $500
All other time and room locations are negotiable.
Ceremony Rental
Indoor or Outdoor – $650.00
Includes: Set-up, Break-down, Chairs, Arch, and Electricity.
Food & Beverage Minimums

Note: Cash Bars, Sales tax, and service fees do not weigh against the food and beverage minimums.
General Club Policies
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve space with all bookings unless agreed upon by the event host and Mississippi Dunes Club Management. A written contract must be completed and accompany the first deposit.
Final Payment
An invoice with the estimated charges will be presented ten days (10) prior to the event. The estimated charges must be paid in full at that time if paying with a check or credit card. Any payments made inside of ten (10) business days must be submitted by cashier’s check. Any incidental charges that occur after the estimated bill has been paid must be addressed prior to the close of the event.
Guest Count
Guarantee for the amount of guests will be submitted at time the estimated invoice has been paid, or ten (10) days prior to the event. Mississippi Dunes will charge for the number of guaranteed guests, or the actual number served, which ever is greater. Please note that if additional guests arrive unexpectedly, Mississippi Dunes will put forth every effort to accommodate those guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing and all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event will be required to pay a cancellation fee in an amount equal to the minimum expenditure.
Menus & Pricing
Due to fluctuations in market conditions, pricing will be subject to change. All menu selections and pricing will be confirmed forty five (45) days prior to the event.
Service Fees & Taxes
A 19% service fee will be applied to all food, beverage, and equipment rental items that are retained in part by the Club. All non-alcoholic purchases, including room rental, services, etc, are subject to 7.125% Minnesota Sales Tax. All alcoholic purchases are subject to 9.625% Minnesota Sales Tax.
Cake Service
Mississippi Dune charges a $1.00 per person cake cutting fee. Pricing includes plating and serving and is subject to applicable sales tax and service fees.
Tastings
Two group tastings will take place over the course of the year. They will be limited to (6) guests from each event on a complimentary basis consisting of the bride, groom, and parents. Three entrées will be served to each party. Please note that these events are conducted primarily to sample menu offerings. The number in attendance may prohibit staff members from discussing detailed items specific to your event.
Food & Beverage Policy
All food and beverage must be purchased, prepared, and served by Mississippi Dunes in accordance to regulations set forth by the Minnesota Department of Health. Regulations also prohibit the removal of food and beverage items from the premises.
Consumption of Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages will not be sold to or consumed by any individual under the legal age of twenty one (21). Identification may be requested by Mississippi Dunes personnel to confirm the legal status of any individual in attendance. Mississippi Dunes reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any individual who at our sole discretion, is determine to be intoxicated, impaired, or under the age of 21. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought on to or be removed from the Mississippi Dunes clubhouse or grounds.
Decorations
Affixing of any decorations to walls, ceilings, floors, drapery, etc. is strictly prohibited without permission from Mississippi Dunes management. Glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, etc. are strictly prohibited.
Vendor Services
The Sales Director/Event Manager, will be pleased to assist you in securing contracted vendors for your event. Entertainment for all events must conclude by midnight (12:00AM). Please communicate to the Sales Director/Event Manager with the contact information for all vendors during final detailing. Please also have all vendors contact Mississippi Dunes to make arrangements for arrival and set-up at least one (1) week prior to the event.
Audio-Visual
The event host will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment for audio or visual presentations. Mississippi Dunes will provide small or large screens, tables and/or chairs, and electrical sources.
No Smoking
In accordance with local and state statutes, smoking is prohibited in the clubhouse.
Theft & Damage
Mississippi Dunes is not responsible for personal damage, loss or theft of personal property, unless said damage or loss arises out of gross negligence or willful misconduct of The Mississippi Dunes Golf Links and their officers, agents, or employees. Any damage, loss, or personal injury, arising from actions caused by the Event Host or any member or guest of the group without regard to any negligent act or omission, shall be the sole responsibility of the Event Host. Mississippi Dunes reserves the right to remove any individual from the property behaving in a manner that is disruptive, violent, abusive, profane, or intoxicated.
